VIP CLUB - Terms and Conditions

  • $25 monthly subscription.
  • $275 annual subscription.
  • Free standard shipping & Two free returns.
  • The yearly subscription is valid for 12 months starting from the date of subscription.
  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with no refund.
  • 1 item every 4 months, 3 in a year, and has to be used in a year, cannot be carried over to the next year. 
  • 10 days return policy if you don't like the item you chose and you would get to pick another item.
  • If GraPearl is unable to fulfil your order (For example Size -Your desired size is not listed), you can request a custom order.
  • Custom order is capped at $200. The customer pays for the price difference if the customer's order exceeds $200. 
  • Delivery for Custom Orders will be two months from the day of receiving your custom measurement and design.
  • Custom order excludes bomber jackets & sweatshirts.
  • If you already picked an item within the year you would not be eligible for a custom order.
  • Additional 20% discount on all other items purchased. Online and in-store(excluding accessories and clearance sales). 
  • Additional 10% discount on all other items purchased on your Birthday. Online and in-store(excluding accessories and clearance sales). 
  • Subscription is immediately cancelled if payment is missed or paused. 
  • Membership is not transferable.
  • To become a member, you must provide your personal information as requested in the enrollment form. Any personal information you provide will be handled and may be used following our privacy policy. Our privacy policy can be obtained from our website at www.grapearl.com
  • Members must advise GraPearl of any change to their address, telephone number, or payment details via their online VIP account.
  • You will get an email notification when the qualifying subscription offer is up for grabs. 
  • Subject to applicable laws, we may at our discretion, cancel, modify, restrict, extend or terminate the GraPearl VIP program at any time without prior notice.
  • In case of suspected fraud, misrepresentation, abuse, or violation of the terms we reserve the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including the termination of GraPearl VIP program participation.
  • All interpretation of GraPearl VIP Program terms and conditions shall be at our sole discretion.
  • VIP discounts code must be presented in-store at the time of purchase (or online - must enter the code at checkout).
